Recruitment & HR Services (For Businesses)
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel recruitment engagements by providing written notice before candidate shortlisting begins.
Once candidate sourcing or screening has commenced, cancellations may not be applicable.
Refund / Rebate Policy
HR Digiactus follows a performance-based, “No Recruit, No Fee” model.
Fees are payable only upon successful candidate onboarding.
In case a placed candidate exits within the agreed replacement or rebate period (as per contract or engagement terms), a replacement or rebate will be provided in accordance with the mutually agreed terms.
No cash refunds are applicable once a candidate has joined, except as contractually specified.
Job Seeker Services
Cancellation Policy
Job seekers may withdraw from any service or application process at any stage by notifying HR Digiactus.
Refund Policy
HR Digiactus does not charge candidates for job placements.
Any optional paid services (such as career guidance or documentation support, if applicable) are non-refundable once delivered or initiated.
Upskilling & Training Programs
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested in writing before the commencement of the training program.
Cancellation requests made after program access, onboarding, or commencement may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the program and the stage of participation.
No refunds will be issued once learning materials, platform access, or training sessions have been provided.
In case of program cancellation by HR Digiactus, an appropriate refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
General Conditions
All refund or rebate requests must be submitted in writing to the official contact details mentioned on the website.
Processing of approved refunds, where applicable, will be completed within a reasonable time frame as per standard business practices.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original mode of payment wherever feasible.
HR Digiactus reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
Services already rendered or substantially delivered
Delays or non-selection caused by third-party employers
Candidate dissatisfaction unrelated to service delivery
Voluntary withdrawal after service initiation
